Here’s how you can offer a free product when a customer qualifies through purchase conditions like spending a certain amount or buying specific items.

Step #1: Click on “Create Discount”:

On the dashboard, click the “Create Discount” button.Step #2: Choose Discount Type – Free Gift with Purchase:

Click on the Configure button.

Step #3: Select Discount Method – Automatic or Discount Code:

Choose how the discount should be applied:

• Automatic Discount: The discount will be applied automatically when the customer meets the conditions. No code is needed at checkout.

• Discount Code: Customers must manually enter the discount code during checkout to receive the offer.

Step #4: Enter Discount Title & Description:

Add a clear Title and a short Description for the discount.

These are for internal use only to help you identify and manage your offers easily within the app.

Step #5: Set Discount Combination Options:

In this section, you can choose whether the Free Gift With Purchase discount can be combined with other types of discounts.

You have three options:

• Order Discount: Allows the gift offer to work alongside overall order-level discounts (e.g., 10% off entire order).
• Product Discount: Let the gift offer run with product-specific discounts (e.g., 20% off a particular item).
• Shipping Discount: Enables the customer to receive the gift along with shipping promotions (e.g., free shipping).

Step #6: Add the offer name, which will be shown on the cart & checkout page:

Step #7: Set Gift Issue Condition:

• Spending X Amount: The customer must spend a minimum amount in their cart to qualify for the gift. Example: Spend $50 or more to get a free gift.
• Spending X in Collection Y: The customer must spend a minimum amount specifically within a selected product collection. Example: Spend $30 in the “Summer Essentials” collection to receive a free hat.

Step #8: Choose the product that you want to offer as a gift with purchase.

Step #9: Set the Discount Rule for the Gift Product:

• Fixed Amount Discount: Deducts a specific amount from the gift product price. Example: $10 off the gift item.

Percentage Discount: Applies a percentage-based discount to the gift item. Example: 100% off (to make the gift completely free), or 50% off.

Step #10: Additionally, you can choose discount mode, whether free gifts will be added to the cart manually by the customer or automatically.

• Manual: Let customers pick a free gift from a widget display.
• Automatic: Add a free gift directly to the cart without customers having to pick (while single product).

Step #11: Schedule Setting:

Choose when the offer runs:

• Run discount continuously: Always active.
• Run discount on schedule: Set custom start and end dates.

Step #12: Click on Save.

Steps: From top just click on “Discount Widget” to customize the widget look and feel as per your needs.

Field	Description
Available Free Gift Text	Main heading displayed on the widget. For example: “Available Free Gift Offers in Store”
Available Free Gift Subtext	A smaller line of text beneath the title. For example: “Woohoo! You are eligible for a free gift”
Claim Threshold Unlock Text	Shows how much the customer needs to spend to unlock the gift. You can use {{amount}} as a placeholder. For example: “{{amount}} away to unlock!”
Claim Button Text / After Claim Text	Text shown on the button before and after the gift is claimed. For example: “Claim” → “Claimed!”
Final Widget Text	Text at the bottom of the widget, often used as a CTA or additional info. For example: “Many Gifts to be Won Across the Store!”
Error Message	A message is shown if the customer tries to claim multiple gifts. For example: “Note: Only one gift can be claimed at a time”.
Final Widget Image URL	Add a promotional image or graphic here (optional).

Color Customization:

You can style every part of the widget to match your store theme:

• Background & Text Colors: Customize colors for all widget sections, including title, subtext, claim button, and quantity badges.
• Font & Border Colors: Control visibility and readability with customizable text and border styles.
• Quantity Badge Design: Choose background and text color for the gift quantity badge (e.g., “Qty 1”).
• Claim Button Styling: Set distinct styles for claim and post-claim button states.

Real-time Widget Preview:

A live Free Gift Widget Preview on the right side allows you to instantly visualize your changes, from color adjustments to the title and button text.
