To create a subscription product First, you have to create a subscription plan.

There are only three easy steps to make your subscription plan.
1) Name of the subscription plan
2) Select the products which you want to set as subscribe
3) Add frequency based on Day, Week, Month, and Year
You can set the Discount based on your needs
