Upsell item offers let you show relevant products in the cart, encouraging customers to add more before checkout.

Step 1: Click on “Upsell Offers,” then click the “Create Upsell Item” button.

Step 2: Enter a short and catchy title to grab customer attention.

Step 3: Add a brief description to explain the benefit or value of the offer.

Step 4: Select Upsell Type – Choose whether you want to display upsell items from specific products or a collection.

Step 5: Add Upsell Items – After selecting the upsell type, click on “Add Product” or “Add Collection” based on your choice.

Step 6: Manually select the products or collection items you want to include in the upsell offer.

Step 7: Select Upsell Source – Choose whether you want to recommend products or a collection for the upsell.

Step 8: Select Product/Collection: Choose the product or collection you want to use for the upsell offer.

Step 9: Choose from List – Select the product or collection from the list to include in your upsell offer.

Step 10: Set Upsell Limit – Enter the maximum number of upsell products you want to display to customers in the cart.(maximum 5 allowed).

Step 11: Click on “Create” button to save the offer.
