There are a few important Shopify restrictions that affect how the FAD – Auto Discounts app works.

Please review the following:

1. Shopify Limit: Maximum 25 Automatic Discounts:

Shopify currently allows only 25 active automatic discount rules at a time. This limit is set by Shopify and applies to all apps using the native automatic discount API.

2. Draft Orders Not Supported:

Shopify’s Product Discount API does not support draft orders at this time. This means automatic discounts created through the app won’t apply to draft orders.
