Manage subscriptions (Customer Portal)
You can manage the subscribe user from the Customers module.
Here you can see the list of customers who purchase the subscription product. You will get the list with the subscription count.
When you click on the Count button you will get more details about that customer like the Number of orders with their status, Contract Count, Next billing on, Etc…
Now for more details about the contract you can click on the Action button. Here you can see full details about the order. You can manage it with the Pause, Cancel, and Skip Next Bill button.
If the user asks to update the payment method then here we provide you a button called “Sent an email to update the payment method”. Click on that button, Subscriber will get an email to update the payment method.
