While Shipoff: Shipping Discounts is designed to work seamlessly with your store, there are a few current limitations to keep in mind:

Please review the following:

1. Shopify Limit: Maximum 25 Automatic Discounts

Shopify currently allows only 25 active automatic shipping discount rules at a time. This limit is set by Shopify and applies to all apps using the native Shipping Discount API.

2. Draft Orders Not Supported:

Shopify’s Shipping Discount API does not support draft orders at this time. This means shipping discounts created through the app won’t apply to draft orders.

Note: As soon as Shopify updates their API to remove these restrictions, we will update our app to support these features.
