Step 1: Open the Shipoff App > Click on > Create Shipping Discount 

Step 2: Choose the rule -> Shipping discount – Tier Based

Click on Create Customization.

Step 3: Add the Shipping discount title

Step 4: Combine the discount with other discount

• Product discounts: If enabled, this shipping discount will still apply when a product discount is active at checkout. If disabled, it won’t apply with product discounts.
• Order discounts: If enabled, this shipping discount will still apply when an order discount is active at checkout. If disabled, it won’t apply with order discounts.

Step 5: Manage Status for the customization rule “Active” or “Deactivated”.

Step 6: Add the name of tier

Step 7: Manage Status for Tier  “Active” or “Deactivated”.

Step 8: Choose the country for the shipping discount.

Step 9: Enter the pin code where shipping discount will be applied.

Note: You have to add 2 digit province/state code in “ISO 3166-1 alpha-2” format. Allow multiple.`

Step 10: Select from these condition types to create your discount rules:

• Total Amount: Discount based on cart total value
• Subtotal Amount: Discount based on subtotal before taxes/shipping
• Original Product Amount: Discount based on original product prices
• Total Weight: Discount based on total order weight
• Collection Quantity: Discount based on number of items from a specific collectionTotal
• Quantity: Discount based on total number of items in cart
• Collection Total: Discount based on total value of items from a specific collection

Step 11: Shipping method name match:

In this section, you define which shipping method(s) the shipping discount will apply to.

Shipping methods name match options:

• Contains: Applies the discount if the shipping method name contains the entered keyword.
• Exact:  Applies the discount only if the shipping method name exactly matches the entered text.
• All: Applies the discount to all available shipping methods.

Example:

If you enter Standard Shipping and choose Exact, the discount will only apply when the checkout shipping method is exactly “Standard Shipping.”

Step 12: In this field, enter the name of the shipping/delivery method exactly as it appears in your Shopify store’s settings.

Step 13: Add the range as per you selected the condition above in rule.

• Enter Start & End Range

Define the minimum (Start Range) and maximum (End Range) values for the condition.

Example: If using “Total Amount”, you could set:

• Start Range: 100
• End Range: 200

(This means the discount applies when the cart total is between $100 and $200.)

• Set Discount Value

Enter the discount amount (fixed or percentage) that applies when the condition is met.

Example:

• 10% off (percentage discount)
• $15 off (fixed amount discount)

Step 14: If you want to add more conditions then click on “Add Condition”.

Step 15: As the example below, we’ve created multiple conditions.

Step 16: Enter the “Shipping discount label”, It will be visible to customers at checkout.

Step 17: Choose how the shipping discount will be calculated and applied.

Options:

• Fix discount: Deducts a fixed amount from the shipping cost.
• Percentage discount: Reduces the shipping cost by a set percentage.
• Custom shipping rate: Applies a custom shipping cost instead of the standard rate.

Step 18: Add a tier for creating all new condition and rules.

Step 19: New tier is now created.

Step 20: Schedule discounts as per needs or run continuously.

Step 21: Click on “Create” for saving the rule.
