What is embedded form?

The embedded form allows you to put the HTML form directly into your page. Create the form using Custom + Embed Contact Us Form and copy the HTML code and paste it on your page where you want to display it. You can apply your own CSS and JS on this form or apply your own class as well.
There are two different ways to add your form on your page.
- Copy the HTML code
- ShortCode
