Sales Manager (Lead Generation & Sales Specialist)

Job Description

Skill Required:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 years in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in tech/web development).
  • Communication & Negotiation: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive approach.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead generation tools (Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of SEO, PPC, email outreach, and other marketing techniques is a plus.
  • Self-Motivated & Target-Driven: Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Responsibility:

  • Identifying and generating new business leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calls, and other outreach methods.
  • Engaging with potential clients, scheduling meetings, and pitching our web development & Shopify services.
  • Developing strategies to increase inbound and outbound leads.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive long-term business growth.
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to refine lead generation campaigns.
  • Tracking and managing leads using CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce.
