Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Assistants who can join us and enhance the sales capabilities for a long term basis.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or related fields is typically required.
  • Certifications related to web development technologies and support tools
  • Familiarity with web development tools and languages is essential. Coursework or training in
  • Web development languages/framework tools such as PHP, Shopify, Wordpress CMS, HTML/CSS, JavaScript/jQuery.
  • Must have Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Skills like debugging, error handling, and web development problem-solving methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial. Technical Assistants need to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner to customers.
  • The ability to adapt and quickly learn about new technologies is highly valued.

Responsibility:

  • Manage schedules, organize meetings, and handle communication between technical teams and other departments.
  • Maintain detailed records of technical procedures, solutions implemented, and troubleshooting steps taken. Maintain documentation, include manuals, reports, and project plans, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is accessible.
  • Provide hands-on technical assistance to the IT team in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Respond promptly to technical queries and issues from clients, offering solutions or escalating problems to the development team as necessary.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to the software development team, including programmers, engineers, and project managers. Address and resolve technical issues as they arise.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, API documentation, and system specifications. Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible to team members.
  • Assist in the maintenance, installation, and configuration of hardware and software systems, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Perform routine checks and updates on systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning optimally.
  • Help manage databases, data backups, and data recovery processes. Ensure data integrity and security in line with company policies.
  • Work closely with other technical team members, offering support, insights, and contributing ideas to projects and problem-solving. Provide technical assistance and guidance to end-users on systems, applications, and best practices.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, effectively conveying technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Analyze technical challenges and propose innovative solutions to improve software development processes and optimize workflow.
