This app helps you to create your own custom form with drag & drop fields. You can easily add the fields, change their position on the form, and mark it as required if needed. Form settings are easy to use and you can set email-specific auto-responder emails. You can send the form data to multiple users as well as set BCC according to your requirements. We provide the facility to set the sender’s email address as well as a subject.

You can put form using shortcode or static HTML. No third-party iframe call so it will not affect the site loading speed using this app.

Add Conditional Email

Just need to set the Email Address when you add a field and a form will send an Email based on the select-box/checkbox/radio button selection.
