Downtime by Hosting
Most web hosting companies, including GoDaddy and Bluehost, guarantee 99.99% uptime, with what appears to be a maximum of 0.01% downtime per month. Any outages are the responsibility of the hosting service we use.
Return Policy
The refund option is available under certain conditions and only for a period of five days in case of any problem on our part, such as technical difficulties or other challenges.
App Update
- It is always possible to upgrade an app or other products. We will notify you of any updates.
- Occasionally, updates are required due to Shopify API changes, which may affect the app’s functionality.
- We reserve the right to remove the app from the Shopify App Store or modify its functionality for various reasons, including Shopify API updates, third-party API changes (e.g. Google, Facebook), or any other reasons. If app has one time purchase plan then there is no right from user side to ask for the refund when the app is remove from the app store.

We reserve the right to modify our services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time and for any reason. Additionally, we reserve the right to offer our services to your competitors and do not guarantee exclusivity in any market segment.
Law and Order
This agreement, consisting of these terms and conditions and any proposals, shall be governed and construed by the laws of Surat, India.
Both you and Cirkle Studio agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, India, for any disputes arising under these terms and conditions or in connection with any services we provide.
