Downtime by hosting
The majority of web hosting firms, including GoDaddy and Bluehost, guarantee 99.99% uptime, or a maximum of 0.01% downtime each month. If there is any outage, it will be the fault of the hosting service where we have hosted.
Return policy
The refund option is only accessible under specified conditions and only for a period of five days if something goes wrong on our end, such as technical difficulties or other difficulties.
App Update
It is always feasible to upgrade the app or other products. However, we’ll inform you about it.
Our Rights
We have the right to change the services at any time. We have the right to refuse service to anybody at any time and for any reason. We reserve the right to make the services and any other of our services available to your competitors, and we do not promise exclusivity in any particular market area.
Law and order
The agreement generated by these terms and conditions and any proposal shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Surat, India. You and Cirkle Studio agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in and of Surat, India for any dispute arising under these terms and conditions or in relation to any services we offer for you.
